Since the establishment in 1994, ACHR is not only highly appreciated by her professional clients, but also recognized as the first-class manufacturer of electric fuel pumps and assemblies by Chinese government, which endow her 1.5 million US Dollars¡¯ support for technical improvement.
ACHR products are precisely manufactured and 100% tested in the advanced state-of-art facilities, among which the most critical material and parts such as POM, PPS, CARBON COMMUTATOR, CARBON BRUSH, coming directly from world famous suppliers. Furthermore, all new-developed products will be under durability testing for 2500 hours at least before mass production. Each production process is conducted by Lean Manufacture system. Meanwhile, ACHR has already begun cooperation with the domestic OE manufacturers since 2005.
ACHR has already got the certificates of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:1996, CE and TS16949 which is the unique certificate for Chinese fuel pump manufacturer from TÜV Germany till now.
